File format required: CSV
Tip: Get your data to MS Excel, then use the "save as" function to save as CSV format.
Organizations: Must have Organization Name or Organization ID. If Organization name is a match with exisitng record, it may merge the record. If you want to ensure the records are not merged, map the Organization ID field. You can map the Organization ID field on import and not map the Organization Name field and the import will still work.
Contacts: Must have separate field for First Name and Last Name.
Most common trouble shooting is not having first & last name in separate field.
Organization-Contact-Sales Team: Use this to import both Contacts and Organizations from a single file. The records will be imported with a relationship of "contact of" connecting the Organization and Contact.
