Have your exchange administrator setup POP access for Exchange.
For Exchange 2007 you will need to configure a new Receive Connector under Server Configuration - Hub Transport. They need to specify your address as shown in the document.

IMAP with Exchange
The exchange server admin needs to configure the exchange server to open an IMAP protocol. In other words, we treat the exchange server as an IMAP server. (which exchange is fully capable )
