In the Home Page Task list you may see 3 different types of Tasks:
1. Daily Tasks that have a due date
2. Sales Process Step Due Tasks from a Sales Process
3. Project Tasks - Only seen if you have the Project Module
Only Daily Tasks can be dragged to the Calendar (effectively changing the due date).
When a Task is dragged to a calendar the effect is that the due date of the Task changes to the calendar date. Tasks originating from a Sales Process cannot be dragged to any calendar BECAUSE THE DUE DATE IS FIXED BY THE SALES PROCESS. You may, however, move all tasks to a "current" status by clicking the "Make Current" icon.
If you choose not to display Process Step Tasks in the Task Manager, you can change your display options in Account (tab) -> Task -> Show ... Task in Task List
