Either of the following;
a. Both roles need to be Administrator, this is accessed in the My account tab -> user administration -> click users username -> edit Roles -> next to the planplus online role make sure it says administrator. Click ?go? if it?s not and choose Administrator
b. If User A is updating contact information and wants User B to access the data both user A and user B need to be members of the Team related to the contact.
