How to Cancel Account
For Essentials Setup in Recurly.
1. Log into your account.
2. (Top Right) Click: Gear icon> Subscription
3. (Left sidebar) Click Payment Information> Cancel Subscriptions
4. Answer 3 questions, Click Cancel.
PPOL Internal Additional Steps:
1. Confirm in Recurly : Should show as "closed"
2. Confirm/update in PPOL Support. Update Case, confirm Org record shows as cancelled.
