Customer has duplicate contacts on PP Mobile and needs to restart account
Instructions

Android
Step 1:

Open PlanPlus Mobile
Click on Settings
Click on Sync Settings
Scroll to the bottom and use the two delete options and select only the PlanPlus accounts

Step 2:

Uninstall PlanPlusMobile

Step 3
open the My Files App
open Default\Internal Storage
tap and hold on the PlanPlus folder and delete

Step 4: Reinstall PlanPlusMobile

Skip Setup Wizard
Check that all data sets are empty - Ie No Appointments, Tasks or Contacts
if so Tap Sync from the main menu and it will reopen the setup wizard
Login to PlanPlus Mobile and sync

Note: Do not try to sync addional contacts or calendar to PlanPlusMobile during this setup. We need to verify that the contacts and appointments are syncing FROM PlanPlusOnline


Iphone

Step 1:

Uninstall PlanPlusMobile

Step 2: Reinstall PlanPlus Mobile

Skip Setup Wizard
Check that all data sets are empty - Ie No Appointments, Tasks or Contacts
if so Tap Sync from the main menu and it will reopen the setup wizard
Login to PlanPlus Mobile and sync

Note: Do not try to sync additional contacts or calendar to PlanPlusMobile during this setup. We need to verify that the contacts and appointments are syncing FROM PlanPlusOnline
