Enabling Gantt charts in chrome require 2 steps
First Step:
Go to chrome://settings/content/flash and make sure it says ask first.
Second step:
Here are the directions for turning on the flash player for the Gantt Chart
Make sure you go to the gantt chart popup.
Click on the little lock in the address bar.
Select site settings.
Scroll to Flash.
Click allow. .
Finally, Reload the page.
