The button to go into Daily Note Center is in the task list header under the add button.
Use this to find it faster:
ozLOVNoteCenter.jsp
From here delete all of the notes you desire.
Then go to the mobile app and delete the daily notes from this page.
Currently PlanPlus does not support deleting daily notes from the mobile app to PPol or PPol to Mobile app
