1) Case / issue gets created / reported
2) Test the issue in your test account -- see if you can reproduce what the customer is reporting.
If you can reproduce -> it is likely a bug, unless our software is meant to work that way, in which case it is a customer expectation issue.
Once you have identified the bug, create an issue in JIRA:
-Include steps to reproduce (STR), you should have these from step 2 above
-Talk to Brian / Matt and see what sprint it should go in, and who to assign the JIRA item to.
If you cannot reproduce in your test account, try in customers account.
If you can reproduce in customers account it might be a configuration issue - Sage and/or Heather might be the best to talk to in this case.
Once you rule out config issues, then open a JIRA bug, and follow the instructions above.
