When importing Appointment you will need to save the appointments you want to import as a CSV File. Each piece of information about the appointment (Appointment name, Start date, start time to, etc.) will need to be in a separate column. Each task should be a separate row in the spreadsheet. (Note- please download the attached CSV template for the preferred format. Tip: Get your data to MS Excel, then use the "save as" function to save as CSV format. In order to create a task via CSV import the following fields are required - Appointment Name
- Start date (Use format MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY)
The following fields are optional: - Start Time (Use format: HH:MM:SS AM/PM)
- End Date (Use format MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY)
- End Time(Use format: HH:MM:SS AM/PM)
- Duration
- Type
- Property
- status
- category
- detail description
- Organization reference
- Contact Reference
- Owner (Use "User name" value to import to owner)
To run an Appointment import please follow the steps provided below: 1- Click on Account 2- Choose "Import" from the sub menu PlanPlus online will display the Data Import/Export Page 3- Choose "Appointment" from import options provided This will pull up the CSV File source page. 4- Upload the CSV file you want to import 5- Name your import session 6- Click Submit This will take you to the Verify & Map Your Data Page 7- Click "Select mapping" then choose the field you want to map to. 8- Repeat step 7 for the remaining fields in your import 9- Click Submit This will take you to the Confirm to Import data page. 10- Review the data that is to be imported. 11- If everything looks correct click on "Submit" to complete the import.
