Sync Error - Not in Admin Mode

Problem: You received this error message - An error occurred while trying to open Outlook. Please try re-running CompanionLink for PlanPlus Online in admin mode.

Solution: Right click on the CompanionLink Setup icon (On your Desktop) and choose Run as Administrator. Then go through the settings again and try the sync.
