*Solution Title:   Using an External / Contact Email to delegate a Task?
Detail:   with PlanPlus Online you have the ability to send a "task" to anyone with a email address.

The task will show up as a email that they will be able to update the "status" of the task.

The task will be updated in your PlanPlus Online account . When the task is updated as "completed" it will show up on your task list with a check mark next to it.
