The Personal Profile page is first setup within the Preferences area. The purpose of the Personal Profile is to allow the user who sends out an email a way to offer a link back to more information about the user and a way to expose the User's calendar for the purpose of allowing the recipient to request an appointment. Review the Video on Setting up Email: 06 - Email Setup Note when you setup the Signature Block (Email Account Setup > Outbound Settings) you may check the box: "Show Personal Page Link in Email Signature". This selection will control whether the Personal Page is setup. The Personal Page is setup in Preferences > External Profile |
