In the Home Page Task list you may see 3 different types of Tasks:
1. Daily Tasks that have a due date 2. Sales Process Step Due Tasks from a Sales Process 3. Project Tasks - Only seen if you have the Project Module Only Daily Tasks can be dragged to the Calendar (effectively changing the due date). When a Task is dragged to a calendar the effect is that the due date of the Task changes to the calendar date. Tasks originating from a Sales Process cannot be dragged to any calendar BECAUSE THE DUE DATE IS FIXED BY THE SALES PROCESS. You may, however, move all tasks to a "current" status by clicking the "Make Current" icon. If you choose not to display Process Step Tasks in the Task Manager see the attached graphic and navigate to make the change of display options. ====== |
