If you look in Sales Rabbit Settings, you can find the submission notification Email in the Settings tab. For reference,

IThere are two email sent from system@salesrabbit.com
One is the notification email
the other is the notification email with the agreement.
You can put the email parser mailbox in the email address here.
Zapier currently won't allow two versions of the email to be submitted in the same zap. So using the filtering system of zapier,
Only continue if parseOutput Homeowner text Exactly matches yes
This will prevent email templates that do not have an agreement to be zapped to PlanPlus..
