Mobile Sync Log
1) Open PlanPlus Mobile app
2) Go to Settings -> Logging and Support
3) Turn logging to ON
4) Hit Sync on the home screen of the app and wait for the sync to finish
5) Go back to logging and support and tap on email log to support
6) Send it to support@planplusonline.com
7) Please include your case number
