ICS Feed (iCal feed) for Google To PlanPlus Online
To see your Google calendar in PlanPlus Online, you'll go to the Calendar Tab and underneath the little calendar on the left side you'll see where you can paste the ICS URL into PlanPlus Online. To get instructions on how to get the ICS URL you will click on the blue question mark.
1. Sign in to the Google Calendar account.
2. Look into the left sidebar that says ?MY CALENDARS?
3. Click on the arrow for the menu select Settings
4. Locate the Calendar Sharing
5. Check the box for Share this Calendar with Others
6. Check the box to make this calendar public
7. Click on Calendar Details and scroll to the bottom of the page
8. Click on the badge that says ICAL (It's Green)
9. Copy that URL and then paste it in the PlanPlus Online External Calendar. Click Submit
10. You should see a couple pop ups then the page will refresh. You will be able to put a check mark in that external calendar and see your appointments.
****NOTE: The external calendar can only be viewed in the Calendar tab after you put a check mark in the box. It will not show up in the Home Tab and when you navigate away from the Calendar tab you will have to put the check mark in the calendar again in order to see it.
