Outlook - Unrepresentable DateTime error
This seems to most often be caused by a recurring task that cannot be opened in PlanPlus for Outlook. You will want to locate the offending recurring task and either remove or recreate it.

One possible method of locating the task in question is included below:

Note: These instructions have been created for Outlook 2010, other versions of Outlook may differ slightly.

You could move your recurring tasks to an temporary alternate calendar and then slowly add them one by one until the offending appointment is found.
This could be done by the following:
1) Open the Outlook Calendar.
2) View | Change View | List
3) Select Recurrence in the Arrangement section of the ribbon.
4) Right click on your calendar on the left side of the screen (in the Navigation Pane) and create a new calendar.
5) Drag your recurring appointments into the new calendar.
6) Try opening Plan Plus.
7) Drag appointments from the new calendar (You may need to change to list view for convenience on this one as well) one by one or in small groups and keep testing if you can open Plan Plus with the error or not.
8) Once you locate an appointment that prevents Plan Plus from Opening, you'll want to recreate that appointment from scratch and remove the original. You should then be able to use the system without error.
Note: If the error persists, there may be more than one affected appointment.
