Installed the v 7.1 but can't see it in Outlook. Check for the correct version.
We currently have 2 separate versions for Outlook 2010, depending on the version of Outlook you are using. Outlook 2010 32 bit or Outlook 2010 64 bit. To check the version of Outlook go to the File | Help and on the right side you will see the version of Outlook and the bit version. This is not to be confused with the Windows OS bit version. Because it is unknown as to Which version of Outlook you have we will provide you with both. Here are the download locations for you to install. http://shop.franklincoveysoftware.com/uploads/PlanPlusOutlook_7_Full_6566.exe compatible with Outlook 2003,2007, 2010 32 bit. http://shop.franklincoveysoftware.com/uploads/PlanPlusOutlookv7_1_Full.exe compatible with Outlook 2010 64 bit. It is recommended that if you have tried to install PlanPlus for Outlook on 2010 and found it to not be the correct version you must completely uninstall the app prior to re-installing
