You will need to manually add the Home Page to the folders.
Go to the Folder list in Outlook and view all FranklinCovey Folders | Right click on the folder | Select the Properties | Home Page tab | Browse | Look under C:// Program Files (x86) .... assign the correct folder to the htm page | Apply.
There will be a message about the folders. Select OK then select Cancel to get past the message.

Home - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\PlanPlusHome.htm
Infinotes (If applicable) - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\Infinotes.htm
Today - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\Today.htm
Compass - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\Compass.htm
Goals - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\Goals.htm
Mission - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\MissionValues.htm
Projects - C:\Program Files (x86)\FranklinCovey\PlanPlus Suite for Microsoft Outlook\Projects.htm
