Repair the existing installation from the installer file.
If you no longer have access to the installer, please submit a case to our Support Desk and provide proof of purchase (Such as your transaction number) and your version of Outlook.
NOTE: Outlook 2010 can be either 32 or 64 bit. Please check this via File|Help and provide this information in your ticket for the fastest response.
Once complete, you can enable it again via the following:
Outlook 2010
File | Options | Add-ins - check to see if the PlanPlusSuiteAddinShim has been disabled.
If it has, go to the Manage Com Add-ins drop down box at the bottom of the screen and select Disabled items.
Click once on PlanPlusSuiteAddinShim to select it then enable the add-in.
Outlook 2007
Help | About Menu - select the Disabled items. The add-in can be enabled on the next page.
