If you have installed the wrong version (7.1 for 64-bit Outlook, 7.0 for 32-bit Outlook) it won't show up in the Add-ins.
Most likely the originally provided download has expired and you may need to download again.
If you feel the files still on your computer you can search for PlanPlusOutlook to find the download.
If you do no longer have that file or do not have the other version, please submit a ticket to our Support Desk.
You will need to provide some proof of purchase (Such as your order number) for verification.
Once you receive the proper version of PlanPlus for Outlook, you will want to completely uninstall any previous version prior to re-installing.
