Complete Uninstall PlanPlus for Outlook
· Control Panel | Programs & Features | Uninstall PlanPlus Outlook.
· Go to your Search type Regedit and locate Regedit.exe | Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERS/Software/FranklinCovey/PlanPlus or PlanPlus Suite.
Delete any PlanPlus subfolder/files.
(if you have not installed any other FranklinCovey software such as FormsWizard or other PlanPlus Software you can delete the FranklinCovey Folder)
· Go to C://Program Files(x86) | FranklinCovey Delete any PlanPlus Folders
· Open Outlook Delete any FrankinCovey Folders
· Go to File | Options | Add-ins | at the bottom of the windows go to Manage Com Add-ins. Check to make sure PlanPlusSuiteShim is not in the listing.
